If you are not drinking enough water whilst supplementing with creatine it is likely you will end up being dry in the mouth and the lips and potentially form a mild headache.
These can all be alleviated by increasing your water intake whilst on creatine which will enhance the results anyway.
Many other forms of creatine are not as effective or comfortable on the stomach as creatine monohydrate so be aware of other creatines such as creatine ethyl-ester (It does not work!), creatine orotate and creapure (has a tendency to upset many individuals gut/stomach acid when consumed).
