AstraGrace – (Mediactive) Australian Organic Bee Pollen 250 gm is one of nature’s most complete ‘superfoods’, as it contains nearly all nutrients required by humans. It has been used for thousands of years due to its health-giving properties. Bee-gathered pollens are rich in proteins (approximately 40% protein), free amino acids, vitamins, including b-complex, and folic acid.
HOW TO USE:
It is recommended to start off with 1/4 of a tablespoon and work your way up if you suspect any allergic reaction to bee products or gastrointestinal upsets. Gradually increase the dose up to 6 teaspoons.
Bee pollen is not suitable for Children under 12 months of age.
