At the heart of our physical well-being lies our posture, a fundamental aspect of our bodily structure. It’s crucial to protect and support our posture to ensure long-term health and comfort.

As an Accountant and Bookkeeper, I spend countless hours seated at my desk. In 2018, I faced significant pain, requiring frequent visits to remedial massage therapists, Bowen therapists and physiotherapists. Standing at just 155cm, I struggled to sit comfortably and maintain proper posture. It became evident that my back and joint pains were likely linked to my legs dangling for 8-12 hours daily, unable to reach the floor.

One weekend in early 2019, in the back shed, the first foot rest was born. Designed to alleviate pressure and support my feet, aligning my spine, I initially doubted its effectiveness. However, after a few months of consistent use, I noticed a drastic reduction in therapy sessions and pain relief reliance.
