At Custom Trolleys Australia our trolleys are manufactured by us at our Browns Plains Qld location. We can repair, modify or completely custom build upon request.

• We fit quality wheels & castors.
• All tubular trolley components at least 1.6mm thick.
• A complete weld at every join.
• 20 mm solid 1020 grade bright bar axles on standard range.
• 3 mm thick toe plates with 8mm reinforcing straps.
• 8 mm thick laser cut shoes.
• Australian made heavy-duty, non-marking hose, on selected trolleys.

Our product range has grown with each new project we have undertaken, and we now boast the widest standard range of hand-fabricated trolleys made in Australia, from order pickers to engineer-approved & craneable oxy/acetylene trolleys.

Everything we use in the trolley making process is sourced locally, from welding consumables to wheels & castors, from powder coating to mild steel, stainless steel & aluminium. Our trolleys are fitted with only quality wheels and castors.
