What is Chickweed?
Stellaria media, commonly known as CHICKWEED is a low growing plant with pointed oval leaves and small white flowers that grows wild throughout Europe and North America.
What it does?
Chickweed assists in managing unhealthy skin associated with conditions like eczema and psoriasis and helps to alleviate dry, red, itching skin and repair damaged skin.
Chickweed may be effective for treating these conditions because it contains relatively large amounts of vitamins, including the antioxidant vitamin C, and flavonoids. It also contains the omega-6 fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid, which may reduce inflammation.
What is Aloe Vera Gel good for?
Aloe Vera Gel contains two hormones: Auxin and Gibberellins. These two hormones provide wound healing and anti-inflammatory properties that reduce skin inflammation. Additionally, in Ayurvedic medicine, Aloe is used to effectively heal chronic skin problems, such as psoriasis, acne and eczema.
