Spliced Rope Halter
Blue Roan Ropes & Tack – No Knots Spliced Rope Halter – Cob – A rope halter with a twist having “no knots” (except the fiador knot under the chin) and being spliced together so have a much flatter and smoother profile then the standard knotted halters.
Being spliced these are not suitable for tying up horses that pull back as under pressure the splices across the nose may move and the halter will become dis-proportioned. These are fine for every day use and for tying up horses that under normal circumstances do not pull back.
Made from Australian made 6.35mm double braid rope with the correct double overhand knots, fiador knot at the chin and the ends spliced, whipped and heat sealed for long lasting use.
