BedGuard – Guardian 150 kg Bariatric Mattress – The BedGuard Guardian 150kg bariatric mattress offers a supportive medium-soft feel and is a suitable mattress for heavy people. Rated to 150kg, the BedGuard Guardian 150kg has the same specs as the Comfort range. The 35mm foam box around the spring unit is designed for clients that rock or are inclined to sit on the edge of the mattress for an extended length of time. Available in Single, King Single, Double, Queen and King sizes.
Insulation: 600 g 100% polyester pad with poly scrim 6 mm x 6 mm
Comfort Layer: 12 mm high density foam pads (Grade 19-130)
Pillow Top: 40 mm premium foam pads (Grade 25-120)
Quilting: 15 mm of foam (Grade16-100) plus 200g Fibre plus 24 g Quilting paper

Health Guard™ which is an Anti-Dustmite, Anti-bacterial treatment.
24 mm Ticking/quilting stitched in tight weave small/large pattern forms the top and bottom sleep surface which is double industry standard of 12 mm
Top 35 mm high density foam (Grade 28-80)
Comfort Layer 12 mm high density foam (Grade 19-130).
Heavy duty spring blanket to deaden spring noise 600g 100% polyester pad with poly scrim 6 mm x 6 mm
Heavy Duty 4mm border wire with 3.15mm gauge edge supports.
Bonnell Spring and foam corner blocks
36 mm Nylon edge tape stitched to connect the boarder to the top and bottom sleep surface.
5mm quilted border.
Support system
Our specialty bariatric mattress includes a support system of a 31/190 sleep unit beneath a 50mm latext comfort layer.
